2. Information We Collect
Account data (name, email, password), usage data (pages visited, session duration), device data (browser, OS, IP), learning data (progress, preferences), and communications.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, provide personalized learning recommendations, communicate product updates, analyze platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and icons are served from our own domain. We only store two preferences you choose in your browser: the theme (light or dark) and the language. They don't identify anyone and you can clear them in your browser. In the app we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. If we ever add analytics that need your permission, we'll ask before turning them on and you can change your mind at any time. To stop bots, the waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile: it loads only when you open the form, checks technical browser signals (no advertising cookies) and gives us no data that identifies you. We only use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate: it uses no cookies and does not store your IP.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (hosting, analytics, email) and when required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing.
7.1 Record of your consent
When you join the waitlist we store what you accepted, the date and the version of this policy. You can ask us for a copy of that record, withdraw your consent or delete your data by writing to [email protected]; every Pronunza email also includes an unsubscribe link. Before adding you to the list we ask you to confirm your email with a link (double opt-in); we store the date of that confirmation.
8. Security
We implement encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure password storage, and restricted access to personal data.
9. Children's Privacy
Pronunza is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and notify registered users of significant changes by email.
