Please read these Terms carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when using Pronunza during our Beta phase and beyond.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pronunza ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pronunza.

3. Beta Access

Pronunza is currently in private Beta. The Platform may contain bugs or incomplete features. Features may change or be removed without notice. Beta access does not guarantee continued access after public launch.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to harass other users, post harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, engage in spam or fraud, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and code are the intellectual property of Pronunza or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the Platform.

7. Community Standards

Pronunza is a global community built on respect. Violations of community standards may result in removal from the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pronunza is provided "as is" during Beta. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronunza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time during the Beta. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
